Welcome to your own (career) novel! This is where your adventure begins. Together we will explore the pages of this novel, work out your strengths and write the first chapter of your (professional) story, design the path, write the exciting lines.

Sometimes we decide on a path and, more or less consciously, we define the course of our lives. Together we will look at the possibilities you have to define this chapter in such a way that you will read it again and again with pride and joy.

Now the time has come. Desired or rather less so. How does it feel to be responsible for a company's most important asset? What are you already doing well? What beliefs might be preventing you from living the best version of your vision? Only a few people are born leaders - and even they are allowed to reflect on themselves regularly.
The practical handbook.
My aim is not to bind you for life. In my professional experience, I see every day that it is always the right tools that enable people to remain proactively and sustainably engaged with the issues. And this works best when quick wins are achieved promptly, when you can see that the process is moving forward. Your handbook will fill up in every session. So nothing stands in the way of continuing your chapters.
