My story.
How did I become the person I am today?
Born and raised in the "Eternal City" of Rome, I spent the summer months of my childhood and youth by the sea, which for me is still my place to be. The place that gives me energy, the place where I find peace and inspiration.
I was lucky to have open-minded parents who encouraged me to try new things, learn as many languages as possible and invest a lot of my money in travelling and books. I define myself as #peoplefreak. I love people, I love human behavior and I love to enable people to achieve their best – especially when it comes to change. I love to ask questions, I am curious and I love to learn. I am a systemic change facilitator, resilience & team coach and every day I am more fascinated by how our brain works and how much potential we can develop if we only dare to fully utilise our resources.
I am a bookworm, I love music, old films and make no secret of being a TV series junkie. I run, do yoga and the best therapy in my eyes is still laughter. I've been living in Germany for a while now and I think I can now combine the best of both worlds. And when the longing sometimes gets too much: what a relief that the distances are so easy to overcome these days!

My values.
My values are my compass. They define who I am and how I work.
Learning & Teaching
Fairness
Compassion & Empathy
-
Learning new things inspires me and fuels my curiosity.
-
The belief that something is "not yet" known guides my thoughts and actions. I consolidate and test my knowledge by sharing with other people what I have learned and experienced .
-
How will you notice it? There is nothing that is not worth learning - you can still decide whether you want to apply it!
-
Most of the time, a decision can be rationally explained or contextualized - but for people who perceive something as unfair, it is only painful at first.
-
Being treated unfairly feeds our negative beliefs and inhibits a confident attitude.
-
How will you notice it? My aim is to deal with people fairly and honestly. If I should lack experience or know-how and I get the feeling that I can't fulfil your requirements, then I will talk openly about where you can best continue and which framework might be more suitable.
-
We don't always know why a person behaves in a certain way. Whether it's a sleepless night, dissatisfaction at work or worry about a sick person. Everything plays a role in our existence.
-
I am usually good at empathizing with the feelings and situations of others. If I can sense what others are feeling, then I'll be better at helping them find solutions.
-
How will you notice it? By empathizing, we go on a journey together - so it is usually more bearable - if not beautiful! I live my feelings honestly and openly, and thus enable other people to do the same. So don't be surprised if I allow myself to share personal things with you at one point or another.
